This Sunday 30th November and next Sunday 7th December 6.30pm to 7.30pm we have Strength and Conditioning Coach Gezza taking activation sessions with Session 1 focusing on pre training activation and Session 2 focusing on pre race activation. The sessions cost $5 per session ( payment details and links below ) and is open to our WHOLE CLUB!! We would like ALL swimmers to participate and learn how to make each session or race even better!!

Hannah C was recently named TWICE in the Country's top 25 Short Course rankings put forward by Swimming Australia, outstanding performances over the Short Course season by Hannah and we can't wait to see how she smashes the current 2025-206 season. Bravo !!!

⚡️ Maddie Hinds – 5km Girls 18&O
Maddie powered through the 5km to finish 8th and 1st Para Athlete, smashing nearly 3 minutes off her previous best with a 1:16:42.63. Pure grit over a brutal distance — and she’s officially booked her ticket to the Australian Open Water Championships in WA! Sensational.
🥉 Evonnie Yao – 2.5km Girls 11–13
Evonnie stormed home for an incredible 3rd place, clocking 38:13.04 — and delivering a massive 7:42 PB!
She’s also earned her State Open Water 5km qualifying time for next month’s State Championships. What a performance from our 13-year-old open water weapon!
Both girls showed unbelievable toughness and represented the Storm with pride. 💚🖤
